"I try..." He teased. He loved doing surprises like that. He liked the ones like that evening and the ones where he just had dinner waiting for them.

"What about a girl like you!" He could see that, sweet and smart and wanting to help people. Just like Jack with a little adventurous streak.

"Oh please. No proper pda in front of them. Holding hands certainly or maybe a kiss on the cheek, keep them talking." He managed between proper kisses with Jack. None of those kisses to the cheek or holding back then.

He paused to look at Jack. "You're still thinking of me naked and handcuffed on the stairs aren't you." He couldn't blame him. "No, I only just fixed the banister." And it still wobbled a little. Which was a nice little reminder.
