Thomas led Jack to the bedroom and left him standing by the bed to get the handcuffs and make sure the key was there and in reach as he stood in front of Jack again.

"I'm placing you under arrest." He lifted one of Jack's hands to snap the cuff on then the other. Standing there looking at Jack with the cuffs on. He looked amazing. He couldn't resist another kiss.
