Jack let out a happy noise, taking every last drop of his husband's release as he came. He bobbed his head slowly to help him ride it out.
He pulled back after a moment and licked his lips, grinning up at Thomas. "I'm glad I could please you, Officer." He kissed the tip a few times, flicking his tongue against it. "I think the cuffs should come off now. I'd love to hold you."
