Birthday Surprise for Thomas

It had been a well-kept secret of Jack's for months. He'd dug out his old uniform, and bought a pair of tear-away pants to make sure his uniform didn't get ruined. He was both excited and nervous, but it was for a really good cause. Thomas deserved the best birthday possible.

He'd left him a message, telling him to take a seat and wait. But the uniform bit would be a surprise. When it was time, he stepped into the house.

"So here you are, Mr. Barrow. You've been a very hard man to catch," he said in his most professional voice, biting back the smirk. "The chase has been fun, I must admit."

Jack's already doing a little dance with his hips as he approaches his handsome husband. It's been a while since he's danced, but it's coming back to him little by little.

"Yes. Oh god yes." Jack felt so lucky. Thomas was so amazing, and he knew what Jack liked. He found that awkwardness so endearing and it meant so much to Jack that Thomas could be like this with him, that they could be a little dirty with each other and then go back to being sweet.

"I'll be thinking about this a lot," he smirked.

"I know you will, because I will be too."

He would. He also wasn't sure if he should say more, but he didn't want tonsay something that could cross their line and go from fun back and forth dirty talk into an insult or saying something Jack would be offended by.

"I'm getting close." He warned Jack.

Jack loved that about Thomas. He considered his feelings, even in moments like this. He looked at his husband, giving a small nod. "Let's do it together, darling." He stroked a little faster, wanting to get there with him.

"You're probably..." But Thomas didn't get to finish his thought clearly, he was pulling Jack's hips against him while going as deep as he felt he could, once, twice then he started filling Jack as he came and saying Jack's name, holding Jack against him, rocking them both gently.

"Oh Thomas," he moaned out, reaching his own climax only seconds later. He watched his husband's face in the mirror while stroking his length to ride it out, smiling from all the pleasure between them.

He leaned back against Thomas's chest, gently caressing his hand.

Thomas wrapped his arms around Jack. Going right into making sure Jack was okay mode. He pulled out so he could turn Jack to face him. Pressing kisses to Jack's shoulders and then his neck to his chin and finally a soft kiss to his lips.

"Back to bed darling?"

"Yes please." Jack fell in love all over again. Thomas looked after him so well every time.

He took his husband by the hand, leading him towards their bedroom. He kissed him softly as he lay down, more than ready to rest in Thomas's arms.

Thomas made himself comfortable on the bed, grabbing the pillows to he was a little more propped up then he held his arms open for Jack to join him like that. A little light blanket ready to go over them both since they didn't need anything more then.

"That look you give me when I do this..." He always saw it, he could guess what it meant because he was certain he had a similar look when Jack did things that made him fall all over again.

He happily crawled into Thomas's embrace and looked at him with so much love in his eyes. "I see it on your face so often, too." Jack didn't really have a reason for such an expression before Thomas came along. He was genuinely happy now.

"I love you, Thomas."

"Well it's all yours." Thomas wrapped an arm around Jack as he held him. Brushing a little bit of Jack's hair back as they lay together.

"I love you too Jack."

"You mean the world to me." Jack sighed happily, kissing his husband's chest. He felt so happy and safe in those arms. "Tonight was so much fun. Never thought I could do the stripper thing and enjoy it so much."

"Oh please." Thomas gave Jack a squeeze. "You are stunning. If anyone ever told you that you couldn't they need more than just their eyes checking."

He rested his head to one side. "It was fun though. I'm not sure what we can do next time, so start thinking..." Thomas laughed. He hadn't laughed and smiled so much since Jack had come into his life. He'd given him the new start they clearly had both needed and Thomas was grateful to support Jack.

"It took a while to get my confidence back.. We both know who to blame." Jack smiled at his husband, kissing him softly to thank him for those words.

"I have something planned already. An undercover thing that I'd be happy to bring home."

He nuzzled into Thomas's chest, sighing happily. Thomas had brought smiles and laughter back into his life as well.

"Ah no, remember the rule." Thomas reminded Jack of their no exes mentioned while they were naked rule. "There might be some punishment if you're not careful about it." He teased Jack. Hugging him again. A punishment from Thomas for it would definitely be one that might make Jack re-offend.

He did raise an eyebrow at what Jack could bring home as a surprise. Handcuffs were nice and all but they weren't new for them as a couple. "Oh now I am intrigued."

"You're right. I got so lost in the moment." Jack smiled sheepishly, happily accepting the hug. He knew Thomas was teasing. He kissed his chest while his fingers danced back and forth on it.

"I'll be going through a small makeover for it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it." Jack smirked as he thought about all the things they could do.

"I know." He didn't want Jack feeling bad about it, he'd only been teasing about it and it was a good rule to keep he thought because this was their time like that. No need for the past only them and their future.

Thomas made a curious noise at that. Wondering what exactly could be happening with Jack. "Now I can't wait to find out what is going to happen there." Knowing it would be as good as their night had been then knowing Jack.

He pressed a kiss to Jack's head. "I can't wait either way."

Jack didn't feel bad, just a little embarrassed that he'd broken their important rule. The feeling was quickly swept away as he focused on the future and the surprise he had for Thomas.

"I'll be stepping into some big shoes, but it'll be for a good cause. And I get to do something special for my husband again." He smiled at the kiss, drawing a small heart on Thomas's skin with his fingers.

"Oh I look forward to it." Thomas couldn't wait for the surprise. He smiled at what Jack was doing.

"You draw that enough times and one day it might be really there." A little heart tattoo just for Jack to trace.

"I think it'll be a lot of fun." Jack was a bit nervous, but that happened before every undercover mission.

Jack looked at the spot and up at Thomas, smiling. "That'd be nice. A special tattoo."

"Oh." Thomas held Jack, he knew it was always worrying. For them both when Jack went undercover. Worse when it was a mission where he couldn't come home for a few days. Thomas missed him more then. Slept with one of Jack's shirts on the pillow until his husband came home to him.

"Maybe next time your mission takes you a few days away you might get a surprise."

"I'd like that. The anticipation will keep me going through the mission." Jack would be as careful as always, especially now that he had Thomas in his life.

He kissed his husband anywhere he could reach.

Thomas started laughing, the kisses tickling as well being the perfect distraction from worrying thoughts about Jack's job.

"Jack..." He laughed again, no attempt at trying to stop him.

"Yes, darling?" Jack said with an innocent smile, continuing the kisses. He loved the sound of Thomas's laughter. That genuine happiness.

Thomas gently slapped Jack's arm. It really wasn't a slap, he'd probably put his hand harder on Jack's arm grabbing him earlier in the night in their passion.

"You're awful." He gasped as he laughed even harder. Free from any worries outside their door. "How long before my birthday is over?" He looked for the clock to try and work it out.

"Twenty more minutes. But we can celebrate all week if we want to."

He rested his chin on Thomas's shoulder just looking at him for a moment. He looked so gorgeous as always.
