"Oh..." Thomas laughed a little, but appreciated that Jack was getting him to touch.

"You work out, I can tell." He looked Jack in the eye as he moved his hand slowly down, finding the fabric then cupping the bulge there carefully. Appreciative of it.

"Oh my." Thomas looked excited at Jack. "You do stuff it. But I don't think that it's with anything that isn't you." Thomas gave Jack a gentle squeeze with his hand that was cupping him anx made a little moan of delight at the feeling.
