Thomas made a noise that 'yes, yes it was' and please keep doing that with my hair but it wasn't distinguishable and made a muffled sound as he wasn't going to stop what he was doing. He also knew it would give Jack an interesting feeling from the noise. Which was a win-win situation for the pair of them.
