Thomas sighed at the loss of Jack's fingers but knew what was going to come next so he couldn't be disappointed. Which he wasn't as he he felt Jack's fingers being replaced.

That wonderful feeling of being filled differently than with Jack's fingers. Made him let out the breath he'd been holding in anticipation of it.
