It was always Jack's top priority to make sure Thomas was okay. It was in his nature now. He wanted his husband to be happy in every possible way, with no more pain or sadness. He noticed his eyes watering a bit more, making him smile fondly.

And then his thoughts went right out the window again as Thomas continued doing those wonderful things with his mouth.
