It had been another long but productive day at the station, and Jack was more than ready to unwind and spend time with his love. He was all smiles during the drive home and, sure enough, he found Thomas in the garden. Working hard, as usual. He stood there for a moment, watching the man he'd fallen so deeply for, until finally he approached him.

"It looks great here." He wrapped his arms around Thomas' waist from behind and kissed his cheek.

Thomas lifted his head and gazed I to Jack's eyes with soft smile. Carefully pulling back from Jack. The smile turned into more of smirk as he leaned over to start licking the come off Jack's stomach.

Thomas closed his eyes, enjoying Jack playing with his hair. He realised it had got longer since they'd travelled to Melbourne and he hadn't bothered with getting it in a little while. He should sort that out.

"I couldn't hurt you." Thomas didn't ever want to hurt Jack. He was last person he'd ever want that with. He smiled a little, stroking a hand across Jack's hip. Enjoying the moment like that.

Jack liked it longer, too. But he liked all of Thomas anyway. He kept playing with his hair when he saw the reaction. It made him smile wider.

"I know. You're the one I trust more than anything, love." He'd never ever want to hurt Thomas either. He wanted to cherish him. "I've never been pleased in such an intense way."

Heaing Jack call him love like that made him smile. It was a little bittersweet. That did remind him of England, but being with Jack was worth more so he said nothing, just enjoyed Jack using it as a term of affection for him.

"Oh no, what have I done." Thomas laughed and leaned over Jack, to lay across him. "We'll have to work something out." So they could figure out who wanted what.

He'd make sure to visit England with Thomas one day. Maybe for the holidays.

"Indeed." Jack laughed with him, feeling so happy. "I'm sure we can. I think we read each other well." He kissed his boyfriend while wrapping his arms around him. It felt so good to have him this close.

Thomas wouldn't mind if they did or didn't. His home was Jack now.

"I think so." Thomas agreed as he made himself comfortable in Jack's arms. Pressed up against him. He ran a finger along Jack's arm. Smiling. "I love you." He wanted to say it often like this, just them together because he couldn't at other times and needed to make up for that.

"I love you too." He held Thomas close with a fond smile, planting kisses where he could reach. Moments like this were Heaven on earth. The lovemaking, the afterglow. A place where they didn't need to pretend or hide their love.

"You have the most amazing smile," he murmured.

"Well that smile is all yours." Thomas replied. It was, Jack made him smile. Made him happy that couldn't hide it or keep it pushed away anymore. Jack had given him something he had never thought he should have.

He enjoyed those moments too. Lived for them. Wished they could stay in them longer. He knew it wasn't ever possible so he knew to revel in them more when they happened.

"I wish I could tell people I loved you." Because he wanted to. So much. That he had this amazing person in his life that he loved and loved him back.

"Lucky me. Happiness looks great on you."

Jack lived for this, too. Having Thomas there to welcome him home every day, being able to forget about anything bad and just snuggle into his boyfriend's arms.

"I wish that, too. I wish everyone could see how happy we are."

With a grin he rolled them over, looking at Thomas fondly before leaning down to kiss him.

Thomas was close to starting to blush at that. But he just gave Jack a look, that said he didn't mind and actually liked it.

They were happy. So happy and they had to hide that happiness when they went outside their home. But that was for another time. They were at home and he could say what he felt there. "Everyone else is missing out on what we have."

Thomas didn't object, not with that loom Jack had even before the kiss. He kissed back, an arm around Jack's neck. The other on his cheek. Smiling right back at him.

It was so endearing when Thomas blushed. He looked so good already.

Jack couldn't help but look unusually happy while at work. But he knew Hugh would keep the secret. He had been amazing about it all and Jack felt lucky to have him as his Constable.

His hand wandered on Thomas' chest, brushing through the slight fuzz before moving lower.

"English men truly are sexy," he smirked.

Thomas was thankful for Hugh as well. It couldn't have been the easiest thing to have been so welcoming to him when so many wouldn't.

"It's the accent really." He had his head a little to one side as he watched Jack. Then shook his head. "I think you are."

Jack was glad to have someone he could talk to about Thomas and how happy he made him. He was proud of Hugh for going against the norm.

"The accent, the handsome everything." He trailed kisses to his lover's neck. "We're sexy together."

"We are." He let his head fall back to give Jack more to kiss. "Are you after more?" Because Thomas was as he ran his hand up Jack's chest.
